We are seeking a skilled part-time Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server/bartending role or similar position preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the food service industry
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols
- Understanding of the restaurant and food industry dynamics
