Job Description
Responsibilities
· Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers
· Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments.
· Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks — production /Non-production
· Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure
· Knowledge/Experience in moving transports, scheduling jobs in production.
· Ability to troubleshoot/analyse and resolve technical problems
· Understanding of Kernel upgrades
· Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules
· Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities.
Skills and Experience
· 2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firms
