Criteria
• Should have atleast 2 years of experience handling Milkshake category in GT and MT
• Should have handled Milkshake as a base category with a sales volume of atleast 5-10 lacs a month
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area.
• Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
• Should be aware of the commercials and have a good understanding of distribution network.
• Should have a good knowledge about the retail chain and have handled distributors and RS across Mumbai region.
• Ability to institutionalize a new category for a brand.
• Channel and cost Management
• Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
