JOB DESCRIPTION
Battery Build Technician
Note:
This position is open only for Female Candidate
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position is with the Field Operations team of Sun Mobility
QUALIFICATION
The candidate shall be an ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with at least two years’ experience in the EV domain
ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to understand work instructions and Battery assembly and testing.
Good Knowledge of PCB board assembly and testing
Knowledge about Torque, Torque tools, Fixtures, Equipment, and POKAYOKE
Conduct production, inspection, and test as per work instructions and other procedures.
Perform high-precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.
Monitor the functioning of all equipment.
Ensure all logbooks are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
Good electrical and electronics knowledge (EV and battery technology is an added advantage)
Adhere to maintenance procedures and avoid any breakdowns and failures.
Good 5S Knowledge and be an active member of Kaizen activity.
PREFERRED SKILLS
The candidate shall have Basic Skills with tools such as MS Excel & MS Word.
The candidate must be proficient with English and Hindi.
Freshers with excellent academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
