Job Description
The role entails efficiently managing large scale transformation project across Retail Banking Operations and resolving any bottlenecks in ongoing business with senior stakeholders within the Retail Banking Operation at Axis. This role will be within the Retail Banking Operations vertical and will involve extensive coordination with stakeholders. The team directly reports to the head of RBO.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the operations leaders during project initiation stage to make sure the major operational aspects of business are covered.
• Understand Axis Bank's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with Leaders in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks.
• Work with operational management team to address all operations and set up processes for controlling, assessing and monitoring for operational Transformation Projects.
• Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders.
• Own MIS reporting for all teams to top management.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
• Mentor and coach team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity in the zones
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation from a recognized institute.
• MBA from Tier 1 college
• 6 + Years post MBA work experience in BFSI or BFSI Consulting
• Experience of managing relationships with senior management including CXOs.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Proficiency in the computer systems which will help them in resolving the queries raised by the Users with in the TAT as well as achievement of the minimum interactions in a day.
• Well versed with Project Management Tools and Lean Six Sigma Concepts.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• The candidate needs to have good proficiency in the computer systems which will help them in resolving the queries raised by the Users with in the TAT as well as achievement of the minimum number of interactions in a day
