Responsibilities
• Measure and record work done as per drawings
• Coordinate with engineers and clients for joint measurements • Prepare RA bills and submit to HO billing
• Finalize formats, compile site data, and prepare final RA bills
• Submit bills to clients and follow up for payments
• Maintain billing logs, receivable trackers, and payment follow-ups
• Preparing Bar bending schedules
• Preparing rate analysis for various activities
• Preparing variation reports
• Preparing reconciliation reports
• Cost planning management
