The Job:To be a part of the team that plans and produces world-class celebrations and weddings for HNI and corporate houses from across the world. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate. Preferably with a Hospitality Background. Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the Weddings/ Live Entertainment /Hospitality Industry managing social events. Location: Mumbai The Job Responsibility: • Possess an understanding of luxury and have a strong sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business. • In-depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current ongoings in the Indian and global wedding scenario. • Have an eye for detail during planning as well as execution and ensure all clients requirements are met and exceeded. • Ability to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding starting from the business development stage, to pitching, budgeting, closures, planning, designing, and producing. • Must be able to take on brand custodianship. Possess the ability to build social media platforms and further PR links across media houses and online weddings & social event platforms. Senior Business Development Manager - Event Solutions

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through the development and execution of an effective sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, attending industry events, and networking with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of venue facilities, services, and capabilities to effectively present and promote them to clients. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to events.
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales strategies.
• Contribute to building and updating sales collateral.
• Proactively promote the company's products and services to prospective clients and industry sectors.
