Job Summary
Business Executive - B.Com fresher requires good communication skills, ability to interact with client, Business English speaking ability and willingness to travel.
Client facing role - Ability to speak to clients to co-ordinate their work requirements with the execution team, customer relationship manager, ability to read financial statements, perform finance analysis, prepare word reports, prepare excel calculations, prepare power point presentations and ability to conduct market research and prepare research reports, ability to conduct survey and prepare survey reports.
Reporting Hierarchy - Business Executive will report to the Business Analyst who will report to the Business Manager who will report to the Director.
Salary of the Business Executive is split as Fixed Salary (INR 150,000 pa) + Monthly Conversion Bonus + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Responsibilities and Duties
Business Analyst's role is split in two :-
(1) Execution of assignment and preparation of Report - Person is expected to understand the financial assignment or finance related services which the Company offers to its customers. Based on the assignment, the business analyst is expected to perform financial analysis, market researches, convert client data into analytical reports, prepare statistical reports from market data, use client financial statements and other related information to prepare financial analysis and analytical reports.
(2) Client awareness and education campaign - To the prospective or existing customers, awareness or information on specific online and offline services of the Company will need to given on regular basis. Educating customers on specific areas of consulting services being offered by the Company with the aim of converting the interest or enquiry to engagement as per the directions of the management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Finance qualification or experience is mandatory
Additionally, Marketing experience or client communication experience would be preferred
English speaking and writing ability is mandatory
Good MS Office knowledge required
Ability to handle Finance dashboards and online platforms mandatory
