Job Description
We are hiring for BDE/BDM for IT Sales (have 2 - 10 years of experience in the IT Industry like Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Mobile Applications, Web, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, PPC etc.
Lead generation via cold calling/emailing/online marketing campaigns prospects based in various countries. Manage end to end sales cycle from lead to order.
Desired Skills:
· We are looking experienced Business Development Executive/Manager who is able to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
· Build, execute and manage a strategy to generate outbound leads and design campaigns for generating leads for specific services like Social Media and Digital Marketing.
· Work closely with the pre-sales team to profile the clients, evaluate leads and create proposals as per the client requirements.
· Engage with clients for negotiations and deal closure.
· Must be comfortable with approaching cold leads, explain them the services and be in a position to bring them to a closure.
· Taking follow ups on generated leads, existing new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell services and products.
· Closing International Leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns, Chat messengers, LinkedIn, Social websites (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia)
· Coordinating between client and the technical team.
· Manage entire Sales life cycle including client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation/ qualification, product/ service/ proposal presentation and sales closure.
· Cultivate, build and manage relationships with International clients.
Minimum Requirements : Candidates with strong and relevant B2B sales experience in a IT/Digital Marketing Sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
· 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
· Experience in selling IT services (Website, Application, Mobile App, CRM, ERP, SEO, SMO, ETC)
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Critical thinker and problem solver
· Great communication and presentation skills
· Excellent command of MS Office and CRM softwares.
Educational: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/MBA in IT/Marketing (This can be waived depending upon a candidate’s experience).

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
