We are currently seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a background in building construction who is willing to travel and coordinate directly with government and public sector departments.
Key Responsibilities: -
Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the government sector.
Coordinate and liaise with government officials, departments, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, tenders, and official documentation.
Attend meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates to management.
Travel within and outside Mumbai as per business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Must be smart, presentable, and possess a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with government procedures and tender processes is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in business development preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
