Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and ensure the sales process runs smoothly
Provide market insights to the company leadership team
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Manage a team of sales professionals, set sales goals, and monitor performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success
Strong sales and communication skills
Deep understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
Ability to think strategically and provide market insights
Experience in managing teams and developing and implementing sales plans
Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and conferences
