Job Description
A fast-growing player in the global talent marketplace and tech-enabled B2B services sector, we connect enterprises with pre-vetted professionals and digital solutions that accelerate hiring and project delivery. We are expanding our revenue team and hiring Onsite Inside Sales Executives across India to drive lead-to-revenue conversion for enterprise and SMB accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
• Actively outbound-call and email prospective customers to generate and qualify new sales opportunities (cold outreach & warm follow-ups).
• Qualify leads against target criteria, document discovery details, and prioritize high-potential prospects in the CRM.
• Schedule product demos and discovery calls for senior sales or account teams; ensure smooth handover with clear context.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline daily, track activity metrics, and progress opportunities toward quota.
• Execute targeted email campaigns and personalized outreach sequences to nurture inbound and marketing-generated leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Strong verbal English and persuasive phone-selling ability suitable for B2B conversations.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following structured outreach cadences.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and disciplined data entry practices.
• Basic spreadsheet skills to track activity and prepare simple sales reports.
• Hungry, coachable attitude with a results-driven mindset—ready to work onsite and learn rapidly.
• Open to working in a target-oriented environment with clear KPIs and weekly goals.
Preferred
• Prior internship or exposure to inside sales, tele-sales, BDE, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and basic sales automation tools.
• Experience handling B2B prospecting or lead-generation campaigns.
