Job Description
We are hiring on-site Inside Sales Executives (freshers) to join a fast-paced sales team, learn consultative selling, and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound enquiries and execute targeted outbound outreach (calls & emails) to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Qualify prospects against predefined criteria, document needs in the CRM, and schedule discovery calls or demos for field/senior sales.
• Maintain and update CRM records daily—track activity, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks to ensure data accuracy.
• Achieve daily and monthly activity and conversion targets (call volume, lead follow-ups, appointments set).
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to follow up on campaigns, prepare basic proposals, and support onboarding handoffs.
• Continuously improve outreach scripts, email cadences, and objection-handling techniques through feedback and coaching
