Leading Private Sector Bank in Rajasthan, ie Axis Bank now hiring for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) in Ajmer. We are seeking fresh graduates or postgraduates with a passion for customer service and business development. This is an on-roll position with great growth potential.
Job Title: Business Development Executive – Axis Bank
Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Roll)
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers from Ajmer for Current Accounts/Saving Accounts (CASA).
• Promote and sell Fixed Deposits to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification: Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates.
• Age: 21 to 28 years.
• Location: Candidates must be local residents or have studied in Ajmer.
• Other Requirements: Must possess a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 CTC per month.
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
• Additional Benefits: Mediclaim, Term Insurance.
