Position: Business Development Executive Number of Positions: 5+ Years (IT industry knowledge preferable)

India Salary Range :- Up to 1 LPA Monthly

Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clientsto establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individualsto find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, trade exhibitions, promotional events.
Developing quotes and proposalsfor clients.
Developing goalsfor the development team and business growth and ensuring .they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop theirskills. Ensuring sales target and its timely achievement.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
SR. Business Development Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in project management and/or sales.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-ba
