Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the BPO, KPO, and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the outsourcing and technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO, KPO, and IT sectors.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage any issues or concerns effectively.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze industry data and insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by closing new business deals and expanding existing accounts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and build industry presence.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
