Description

Roles and Responsibility
• To Achieve target for number of APFs for the month for his region.
• Identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintained relationships with Builders to achieve repeat business and chalk out ways to generate revenue.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key builders/ developers and get project approvals on technical aspects and thereafter help monitor constructions status on periodic intervals. Organize and maintain such project database and provide periodic reports to management on activities and trends.
• Scrutinize project approvals for the organization, timely monitoring and ensuring compliance on legal and technical aspects and their timely updations.
• Analyse new upcoming residential projects in the zone and facilitate its fast approval for advanced processing and funding.

Builder Connect
• All developers to be made referral partner with the Bank
• All developers whose project is getting approved should be made referral partner with the bank to ensure their financial interest in the project
• Ensure lead activation from all APF Projects by motivating developers.
• Expected you to do joint marketing activities (BTL & ATL) with stakeholders. Touch basing our internal data base.
• Ensure consistent book growth for the BUC vertical..

• Ensure adherence to all internal and external To embed Operational Risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process. Towards this, to effectively carry out the assigned role, if any, under Compliance Risk Management and Operational Risk Management Assurance

Risk Management
• Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF Zero tolerance – Fraud, Mis-Attend training, acquire knowledge and apply to job
• Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements,
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager

• Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business

Our Ideal Candidate
• Must be a graduate. MBA's would be an advantage
• Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry; especially Home Loans, Wealth and Savings Accounts would be preferred
• Candidate having AMFI, IRDA (and other relevant certification) certification will be preferred
• Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
• Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
