Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets for AR, VR, and MR solutions.

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and markets for our AR, VR, and MR solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure Rams Creative remains a market leader.

Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.

Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the best return on investment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions, preferably in AR, VR, or MR.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AR, VR, MR, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.

Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
