Description
To promote and sell inbound outbound ocean products /services using his/her prospective customers
· To explain cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· To establish, develop and maintain positive business vertical and Horizontal wise and customer relationships
· To meet out to customer leads through appointment calls & cold calling 4 to 5 potential customers
· To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· To achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within time schedule
· To assist sales effort with team members and other departments
· To survey market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· To prepare and submit weekly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Qualification : Graduate or more
