Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive/BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or staffing, with a focus on the US market. You will work during US time zones and be responsible for generating high-quality leads, driving new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities.
• Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.
• Use a combination of channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking to generate leads
• Initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as HR, hiring managers, and other executives
• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens) to Tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementing partners.
• Secure client interviews and ensure successful placements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 4-8 years in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in IT staffing/services targeting US clientele.
• Time Zone: Willingness to work US time zones.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively over phone.
• Tools: LinkedIn, Social Media, email and MS Office products
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Must have
• Experience with full-cycle staffing services, including IT, professional, and executive search.
• Familiarity with US staffing industry trends and compliance standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
