As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the US/UK/CANADA/Australia/NZ/EU - RPO/BPO/KPO industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the client base. Your contribution will be vital in shaping the organization's success and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery teams.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, prospects, and client interactions to the management team.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance industry visibility and network with potential clients.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in the RPO/BPO/KPO industry.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and offshoring dynamics in the recruitment or business process domain.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing business development teams.
