• Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in the RPO/BPO/KPO industry.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and offshoring dynamics in the recruitment or business process domain.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing business development teams.
