This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Manager in the Edtech domain. The role involves b2c sales, team managemnet, managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer needs. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day interactions with clients, resolving concerns promptly, providing excellent service, and maintaining effective communication. The Client Servicing Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to engage clients and ensure successful partnerships
• Prior b2c experience, team management, social media
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address and fulfill client needs
• Excellent Communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work collaboratively with teams
