Capability Building | D2C Channel
Position Overview:
Beat Trainer serves as an enabler for the performance of Airtel Friends and Store Managers across Own and Franchise Retail stores of Airtel in Hyderabad. Beat Trainer would have approximately 100 Airtel Friends allocated to him across 15-20 stores. He/ She shall collaborate with D2C Head, Area Managers and Centre Capability Building team to design and execute training interventions for these 100 people.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify the training needs basis the observational studies and interactions with Airtel Friends
• Visiting the stores daily to provide On Job Training to Airtel Friends
• Driving performance of Airtel Friends through training interventions
• Driving desired input parameters through behavioral training
• Demonstrate the ideal customer interactions to Airtel Friends
• Coach the Airtel Friends on Soft Skills, Products and Processes
• Conduct trainings for new product/process launches
• Conduct Fitness certifications for Airtel Friends Qualifications & Attributes:
• Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
• 3+ years of training experience; On Job Training experience is preferred.
• Co-ordination and program execution skills required to interface with all the stakeholders
