Key Responsibilities:
1. Beauty Services:
Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, and makeup.
Offer skincare advice tailored to individual client needs.
2. Hair Services:
Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
Suggest appropriate hair care solutions to clients.
3. Client Interaction & Sales:
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Actively promote and sell salon products and services to clients.
Upsell premium services to enhance customer experience.
4. Client Retention:
Ensure exceptional service quality to encourage repeat visits.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and book future appointments.
5. Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards at all times.
Ensure the safe use of tools and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Beautician or Hairdresser.
Expertise in beauty treatments, hairstyling, and hair treatments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
