Elegant Cosmetics is a tight knit home salon with 2 locations being Jimboomba and Redbank Plains! We have been a successful company since our owner and CEO 'Brie' established our first location in Jimboomba with a further location being created at Redbank Plains. We are offering both Casual and Part-Time position's with the opportunity of a Full-Time position in the future for the right person. Ideally we are hoping to receive applicants that have studied and completed Cert III in beauty services or have completed external courses which include your Lash extension certificate, Hyrid & Brow Lamination Course, Lash Lift & Tint education and basic facial waxing. It will be an added bonus if you have studied for teeth whitening, body waxing, facials, nails, makeup & any bonus beauty services you can offer!

We are offering from $27.16 (depending on qualification) for Part-Time and from $33.95 for casual employee's (These are min rates and you will receive more for penalty rates, bonus's, higher education levels etc). We also include commission in your work and social media into your pay if certain commission targets are met to further give you more opportunity's to excel in your role with us! If you hold a great passion for this industry, the art of your role and the people you service WE WANT YOU! We aren't your regular salon but a salon that values, treats and love our team members and we will make that known in many ways! You MUST have a passion and love for what you do.
You'll be the example for clients and let your passion shine through by:
Performing all services to your absolute best!
Educating each and every client that you treat and speak to. Even if you aren't performing a service and purely educating and answering questions for them in person or over the phone, your passion and knowledge shines through.
Answering all questions clients may have about services that you provide and ensuring they are 100% aware of aftercare and maintenance.
Providing beyond exceptional service to each and every client you speak to!
Using your professional knowledge, recommended aftercare products or advice regarding any questions your clients may have.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for each and every client that is seen by us!
What are we looking for regarding qualifications?
Must hold either Cert III, IV, Diploma in beauty services or basic certs in Lash Extensions, Eyebrow services (Hybrid brow services & Brow lamination), Lash Lift & Tints, basic facial waxing, Teeth Whitening, Body waxing (preferred not absolutely needed), different nail technique (Basic gel polish, acrylic, shellac nails, mani / Ped) which is NOT required but a bonus if you do hold those qualification's.
Strong attention to detail and full commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy environment
