Job Description:

As a beautician, your primary responsibility will be to provide a range of beauty services to our clients, including but not limited to haircutting, facial treatments, massages, and more. Your tasks will encompass:

1. Hair Services:

Perform various hair cutting, styling, and treatments for female clients.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to deliver innovative and on-trend services.
Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles.

2. Facial Treatments:

Administer facial treatments to enhance skin health and appearance, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing.
Conduct skin analyses to determine the most appropriate treatments for individual clients.
Offer expert advice on skincare routines and recommend products for home care.

3. Massage Therapy:

Perform various massage techniques to relax muscles, alleviate tension, and promote overall well-being.
Customize massage sessions based on the client's needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in massage areas, adhering to sanitation protocols.

4. Customer Service:

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable throughout their visit.
Listen attentively to clients' concerns and preferences, providing attentive and personalized service.
Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

1. Education: A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required, with a preference for candidates who have completed higher education.

2. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred, although we welcome applications from talented individuals with less experience who demonstrate exceptional skills and potential.

3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years old.

4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, including male and female candidates.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including layering, trimming, and styling.
Knowledge and expertise in facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application.
Experience in providing various massage therapies to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
