Responsibilities:
- Beauty Services:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages and other skincare services as required.
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Stay updated on skincare trends, products, and techniques.
- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Verify insurance information and collect payments for services rendered.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events as needed.
• Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beautician with expertise in skincare treatments and beauty services.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or beauty-related setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and trends.
- Certification or license in cosmetology or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
