Job Description
Looking for an experienced beauty advisor for modern trade counters in Gurgaon and Delhi. Beauty Advisor responsibilities include demonstrating usage techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods, prices and special discount offers. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of beauty and baby care products. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales targets while promoting our products to clients.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers upon their arrival
• Demonstrate proper use of hair care and baby care products
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate
• Identify customer needs and recommende products based on their preferences
• Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
• Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying
• Inform customers on prices and special offers
• Keep complete data of stock and sales
• Report sales and stock to the corporate office on a daily basis.
• Replenish stock as needed
