Main Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end projects for clients on behalf of artists, encompassing all pre-production, production, and post-production activities, as well as logistics.
Create detailed estimates and negotiate job budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective productions.
Ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries that meet or exceed client expectations.
Maintain open communication channels with various stakeholders, including artists, brand employees, shared services, and management, as needed.
Collaborate with agents to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and artists.
Work closely with accounting to guarantee successful job billing.
Participate in cross-agency collaborations to enhance production processes.
