Media and Publishing Assistant
We are seeking a hardworking individual to support the production team in crafting the next chapter of our unified brand. This role will be incredibly varied, requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
About the Role
Support and liaise with the Senior Production Manager/Production Manager and Production Co-ordinators for daily production duties.
Plan and execute promo deliveries and creative workload.
Book voiceovers, offer production support on high profile shoots, and manage music clearances.
Key Responsibilities
Raise Purchase Order requisitions for music clearances, post-production sessions, agency fees, shoot production, and voiceovers.
Liaise with the creative team to book audio sessions and voice overs.
Set up new suppliers and freelancers under the guidance of the PC.
Maintain and update records of production activity and spend.
Work with accounts payable to ensure timely payments to external suppliers, freelancers, and casual employees.
Requirements
Experience in production, preferably in an on-air environment or commercials.
Ability to work well in a team environment and help achieve departmental goals.
