Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate a team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff.
• Schedule and organize team shifts to ensure optimal service coverage.
• Train staff to maintain service quality and implement updated beauty trends.
Customer Experience:
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Sales and Promotions:
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to boost revenue.
• Organize and execute small-scale marketing campaigns and in-salon promotions.
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Financial Management:
• Track salon income and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Assist with reporting salon performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a salon manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire the team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of beauty services and current industry trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Certification or background in beauty services or salon operations.
