Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beautician Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and cosmetology, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of beauticians. The Beautician Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring students gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge in various beauty treatments and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in beauty and cosmetology, including skincare, hair care, makeup, nail care, pedicure, manicure, and other related services.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students through practical exercises to ensure they develop the necessary skills.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, practical assessments, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry, integrating them into the training curriculum.
• Prepare and organize training materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources.
• Mentor and support students in developing their skills, building confidence, and preparing for careers in the beauty industry.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment by teaching and enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to enhance the quality of the training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, and report to the administration as required.
