Duties
• Perform body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments with precision and care
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and address any questions or concerns
• Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty accessories
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver current services
Qualifications
• Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, or related beauty treatments is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon or spa environment
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred but not required depending on local regulations
