We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician, waxing, Massage Technician and facial tech, Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional beauty services, including body waxing and nail care. As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance while delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will contribute to a positive client experience and the overall success of our salon.
Duties
Provide high-quality beauty services, including body waxing and nail care, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to adhere to health and safety standards.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of beauty products and supplies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques and nail care practices.
Experience in retail sales, with an emphasis on upselling services or products.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment.
A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
