Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist who is also experienced (or willing to be trained) in nail and lash services. The ideal candidate will deliver a wide range of beauty treatments, nail enhancements, and lash extension services while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeauty Therapy
Perform facials, waxing, tinting, and skincare treatments to a professional standard.
Provide relaxing massages and body treatments (if trained).
Offer expert advice on skincare routines and salon products.
Nail Services
Provide manicures, pedicures, gel, Builder Gel, Acrylic, SNS and nail art services.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all nail tools and workstations.
Stay updated on nail trends and techniques (gel, acrylic, BIAB, etc.).
Lash Extensions & Brows
Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions safely and precisely.
Perform lash lifts, brow shaping, and tinting.
Advise clients on aftercare to ensure long-lasting results.
General Salon Duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing work environment.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure repeat client satisfaction.
Support other team members and contribute to a positive salon culture.
Assist with bookings, product sales, and social media promotion when required.
Skills & Qualifications
NZ Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 or equivalent) preferred or Relevant 2 years experience.
Proven experience in nail and lash services.
High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about the beauty industry.
