Patient Coordinator/Beauty Therapist Job Advertisement

Due to increasing demand, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Patient Coordinator/Beauty Therapist to become part of our dynamic and friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who has recently completed their NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and is eager to gain experience in a busy clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside experienced Doctors, assisting with treatments.
• Capture before-and-after photos and ask patients for reviews.
• Ensure patient documentation is signed and up to date.
• Provide a 5-star experience for patients, including making drinks and ensuring they are updated of any delays or changes.
• Support content creation for social media, helping us showcase our cutting-edge treatments.
• Over time, you’ll also be delivering advanced skin treatments using the latest technology.
About You:
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
• Enthusiastic about social media and content creation.
