Ruuby, the leading on-demand beauty services platform, is on the lookout for a Beauty Therapist Recruitment Associate to help identify and onboard top beauty and wellness therapist talent across our Northern UK territories. The ideal candidate will leverage their own experience as a beauty and wellness professional to recruit, assess and onboard Ruuby therapist partners. They will also have the opportunity to provide treatments to some of Ruuby’s top clients and productions. This person will act as the key Ruuby touchpoint and brand representative for our growing northern business.

• Beauty Therapist Recruitment: Identify and source local therapist talent across all treatment categories through online communities, recruitment events and your own network.
• Relationship Management: Build relationships with key potential therapists, or therapist networks (think beauty schools or academies) so that you deeply understand their needs and how Ruuby can support their earning capabilities.
• Compliance and Attention to Detail: Reviews required documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and sufficient.
• Ticket Mastery: Ensure one hundred percent of tickets assigned to you in Hubspot are tagged correctly, responded to on time, accurately and your CRM is up-to-date.
• Quality Standards: Understand the top trend and requirement for each beauty service to ensure Ruuby is recruiting the best possible quality, and able to provide targeted improvement feedback where required.
• Beauty Treatment provision: Providing treatments for top tier clients, influencers and critical productions.
Experience:
• Equipment & Insurance: Must own professional mobile beauty equipment and have up-to-date public liability insurance.
• Beauty Therapist Experience: Highly experienced beauty therapist, ideally with training in other beauty or wellness treatments.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine drive to go above and beyond in providing amazing customer experiences to both client and therapist partners.
• Communication Prowess: Stellar verbal and written communication skills..
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising based on urgency and importance.
