Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our salon team in Kurla. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, basic makeup, and skincare. A passion for beauty and excellent client service is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, and tan removal
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products
Provide basic makeup and grooming services
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation and tools
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques
Maintain accurate client records and treatment history
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beautician
Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology
Skilled in facials, waxing, threading, and basic makeup
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
Knowledge of different skin types and appropriate treatments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
