Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Trainer located in Delhi, India. The Beauty Trainer will be responsible for training and developing beauty professionals, creating and delivering training programs, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to Yes Madam's service standards. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with industry trends and techniques, providing personalized training sessions, and mentoring new hires.
Qualifications
• Expertise in beauty treatments and wellness services
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and techniques
• Background in mentoring and developing beauty professionals
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Relevant certifications in beauty and wellness are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
