Before and after school support

We are a family of 4 with 2 young girls aged 6 (and a half) and 3. Our 6-year old is in Kindergarten, with after school care twice a week, art class once a week, and sometimes at her cousins house once a week (but this may change). She's usually very responsible and is a wonderful big sister, she can get excited easily and falls for people pretty hard. Our 3-year is as daycare 3 days a week, and with her Grandmother once a week. She very adorable, independent and strong-willed. She's toilet trained (with accidents reducing) - but sometimes might need a bit of help. Each week/month that passes the help required reduces. Mum and Dad are both busy working parents who need some help to so we can stay on top of big workloads, and need to find a couple more hours out of each day. On most days, one of us will be working from home so very close by if needed.
