Compensation: Starting at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
Sign on: $1000 sign on for those who start in by 12/16 with their RBT
Pay Range: USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr
Responsibilities
Extensive training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Student loan assistance to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as well as free supervision hours
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Shifts are 7:30am-4:00pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm
ABA therapists work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills
The ABA therapist / Registered Behavior Technician collects and records data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and works in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessary
