Pay: $24-$33/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Setting: Center-based, in-home, and in-school sessions in the Hamilton area

Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to support children with autism in their homes, schools, and our Hamilton center. You'll work 1:1 with children, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them learn and grow in meaningful ways, while being supported by an experienced BCBA every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and our center
Follow a personalized behavior plan developed by a supervising BCBA
Track progress using data collection systems
Help children improve communication, independence, and social skills

What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation
ABA experience preferred (but not required)
A patient, playful, and professional approach to working with children
