Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Technician located in Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, . The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing evidence-based behavioral intervention plans in collaboration with supervisors. Daily tasks include working directly with individuals, documenting progress, supporting skill development, and collaborating with the team to ensure effective behavioral outcomes. The role requires committed attention to therapeutic goals and close adherence to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Training will be provided. Excellent growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• Grade XII, or Graduates in any subject. Psychology preferred.
• No Practical experience required
• Effective Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Knowledge of computers for entering data
• Passion for working with children with diverse needs and promoting positive outcomes
• Ability to follow structured intervention protocols consistently and with precision
