About the Role
Secured Health is looking for Behavioral Therapists to join our growing network of healthcare professionals supporting individuals in community-based and clinical settings.
This role focuses on providing behavioral support, improving patient engagement, and working alongside care teams to ensure individuals receive consistent, high-quality support.
What You’ll Do
• Provide behavioral therapy and support based on individual needs
• Assist with patient engagement and communication
• Support individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with clinical teams and caregivers
• Monitor and document patient interactions and progress
• Help create a positive and supportive care environment
What We’re Looking For
• Certification or licensure (RBT, BCBA, LCSW, LPC, or similar)
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or related settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
