Salary: $130,000 – $140,000
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Behavioral Health Nurse Director to join a leading hospital in Chicago. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical programs, driving quality patient care, and managing multidisciplinary teams within a behavioral health setting.

• Lead and manage behavioral health clinical services and programs
• Oversee treatment planning, discharge planning, and clinical supervision
• Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance

• Supervise and support nursing staff, social workers, and mental health professionals
• Collaborate with medical leadership on clinical strategy and operations

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN required
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral/mental health
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
