• Facilitate sessions that bring together behavioural science and real-time workplace challenges across communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
• Coach individuals to help them deepen self-awareness, navigate difficult conversations, and build emotional resilience
• Observe and interpret behavioural patterns and learning gaps across sessions
• Collaborate on refining content and structure based on learner progress
• Support the design of journeys that feel personal, relevant, and rooted in behavioural insight
