Belmont Office Administrator Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our Metro Hub Team in the Belmont office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring a positive customer experience and exceptional person-centred service.
As a key member of our Home Care Services team, you will be responsible for managing incoming communications from customers and their families/representatives in a professional manner. You will also perform data entry and action service requests on behalf of the Hub, using Microsoft applications and care management software.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Hub team with procurement of customer-related consumables and equipment.
Maintain documentation used in consumers' care and encourage input into consumers' progress notes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and their families/representatives.
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot effectively.
