Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location: [Remote / Onsite – Warangal]

Shift: Night Shift (EST/PST timings)

Experience: [Freshers]

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, etc.) to existing clients and new vendors.

Maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients.

Negotiate rates and ensure timely placement of consultants.

Track submissions, interviews, and closures effectively.

Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social media (LinkedIn) for marketing.

Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for interview preparation and onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with bench sales is a plus.

Freshers with strong communication & interest in US staffing can also apply.
