One of our leading IT product and services company looking to hire a Bench sales Recruiters/executive immediately. We are looking for candidates who has existing relationship with clients and tier-1 vendors.
• This is not IT RECRUITER position. We are looking for Bench Sales Recruiter/Executive with proven experience
Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote
Timings :US Shift/EST
Work Hours: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)
· Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants
· Sourcing and screening potential IT requirements for our candidates from Job Portals, Vendors and clients.
· Connect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal.
-Develop and maintain relationship with clients and tier-1 vendors .
Desired Skills:
· Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong hands-on knowledge in marketing IT skilled candidates
· Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 10++, etc.
· Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
